Returns

We will refund or exchange items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unused and in a resalable condition.

Items purchased on sale can be exchanged or redeemed for a voucher within 14 days of receipt.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs.

Please ensure items are securely packaged and retain proof of postage, as we are not responsible for your goods during transit.

Returns from Germany / Austria:

Please note that the customer must bear the costs for returns. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs already paid or any customs duties.
