Shipping Costs

Shipping costs CHF10 throughout Switzerland. Orders over CHF300 are shipped free of charge. We do not currently ship abroad.

Can I view the bedding first?

Undercover is currently only available online, but you are welcome to order the products and return them within 30 days if you are not satisfied. 

 

SHIPPING GERMANY

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. We ship your order "DDP" (Delivered Duties Paid). This means that you will not incur any additional customs or handling fees. Since we ship from Switzerland, German customers generally incur duties. With DDP shipping, we cover these duties in advance – which is why shipping costs are slightly higher.

RETURNS

Please note that the customer must bear the costs for returns. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs already paid.

 

SHIPPING AUSTRIA

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are displayed in the shopping cart. Since we ship from Switzerland, customers in Austria generally incur import duties. Unfortunately, we cannot pay these in advance – they must be borne by the recipient.

RETURNS

Please note that the customer must bear the costs for returns. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs and customs duties already paid.
